    Connor graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of South Florida with his Bachelors of Science. After completing his undergraduate studies, he attended the Medical University of South Carolina in Charleston, SC where he was elected an ambassador for the Physician Assistant program and traveled to Togo, Africa for a medical mission trip. He graduated with honors from MUSC with his Masters of Science in Physician Assistant Studies. Born and raised in Michigan, Connor is excited to be back in Tampa Bay and is currently renovating a 100-year-old Bungalow.     Carrie is from the Chattanooga, TN area and attended Dalton State College for her undergraduate degree where she received a Bachelors of Science in Biology. She was very active in the science department at the college where she became a member of TriBeta honor society, volunteered for a hospice group, and became a TA for her advanced Microbiology course. Carrie then attended South University-Tampa where she received her Masters in Physician Assistant Studies with high honors. She also earned the Living the Mission award; an award given to one PA that embodies what a PA truly is: an educated and compassionate provider, ready to treat patients as if they were their own family members. Carrie enjoys spending time outdoors hiking, camping, exercising, and enjoying the Florida sun with her husband and dog.     Xinette has over 12 years of experience as a Registered Vascular Technologist and Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science from Florida State University. She then graduated from the Sonography Program at the Mayo Clinic. Xinette has 5 years experience specializing in venous insufficiency ultrasounds and assisting in vein treatment procedures. She strives to provide outstanding patient care with every interaction she has with her patients. Xinette is a Florida native and enjoys traveling, trying new restaurants, going to the beach, spin classes and spending time with her family, friends and doggie.

  • Dr. Arian Moshref, MD

    Dr. Arian Moshref is a fellowship-trained Venous and Lymphatic Medicine specialist. Originally from Tennessee, Dr. Moshref attended medical school at Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine in Atlanta, GA where he was president of the Student Surgical Association. After medical school and residency training, he moved to Tampa and began practicing hospital medicine. He was always fascinated by the body’s venous system and his desire for learning led him to the University of South Carolina School of Medicine, where he completed fellowship training in Venous and Lymphatic Medicine and was on staff as an adjunct professor of medicine. This was one of only five fellowship programs in the country accredited by the American Board of Venous and Lymphatic Medicine. After completing fellowship, he returned to Tampa with the goal of providing premier, individualized vein and leg care to patients using the latest in state-of-the-art medical treatments. Dr. Moshref is unique in that he specializes solely in venous and lymphatic disorders, including varicose veins, spider veins, deep vein thrombosis (DVT), venous stasis/leg ulcers, lymphedema, lipedema and more. He has trained extensively in venous treatment and performs multiple interventional procedures, including Ultrasound Guided Foam Sclerotherapy, Radiofrequency Ablation, Endovenous Laser Treatment, VenaSeal and Varithena. Whether it is simply the bothersome appearance of a vein or the presence of associated painful symptoms, Dr. Moshref believes it is important to educate patients to ensure they completely understand the diagnosis as well as the treatment process. Having been published in multiple medical journals, Dr. Moshref enjoys research and has presented at various medical conferences. He is a member of numerous medical societies, including the American Board of Venous and Lymphatic Medicine, American Osteopathic Board of Internal Medicine, American Medical Association and American Osteopathic Association. He frequently gives lectures and routinely attends medical conferences, staying up to date with the latest in treatment techniques. As a former college athlete, Dr. Moshref likes to stay active when not at work. He enjoys the Florida outdoors, traveling and spending time with family, friends, and his dog Niko.
