  Kris Mydam, Owner/Strategic-Partner Industries served: PrideStaff services a wide range of call center, manufacturing, clerical, administrative, financial, light industrial, warehouse & distribution and logistics roles for employers throughout Brandon, Riverview, Temple Terrace and Downtown Tampa. Background: My background is in technology; I have a master’s degree in AI and robotics, and an MBA in private equity and venture capital. Prior to PrideStaff, I worked for many years as a C-level executive within technology, finance, insurance and other industries. My strong suit was working with startups; restructuring and modernizing businesses, and then positioning them for sale or the IPO market. In this role, I focused on accelerating growth, ensuring the tight execution of best-in-class business practices to improve quality and operational efficiencies. Now, I apply my functional expertise and strategic perspective to help clients achieve their goals with smart staffing and recruiting solutions. Whether an employer is planning for future growth, looking to improve productivity, or simply struggling to fill a critical role, my team will help them succeed by providing timely access to qualified talent. What I love about Tampa: Tampa is a happening place. The city provides the ideal combination of coastal living in an urban setting, with access to world-class beaches and amusement parks. I particularly love the Hillsborough River’s stunning pedestrian trail; it’s a breathtaking place that shines brightly under the early morning pink sky. I really enjoy morning jogs along its 2.6-mile path, just absorbing the natural beauty along the way.
