Dr. Elizabeth Giangreco is a board-c obstetrician-gynecologist proudly serving women in Tampa Bay, FL. She provides compassionate, comprehensive care to patients from adolescence through menopause, with a special focus on high-risk pregnancies, contraceptive counseling, and minimally invasive gynecologic procedures. She is a Junior Fellow of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology and a member of the American Association of Gynecologic Laparoscopists.
