Radha Bachman serves as HPS General Counsel, contracted through FisherBroyles. As the daughter and sister of physicians, Radha Bachman is uniquely aware of the intersection between clinical, business, and legal objectives in healthcare. Her clients include a diverse array of healthcare entities with a focus on single and multi-specialty physician groups, assisted living owner-operators, and ambulatory surgery centers. She regularly assists these clients in structuring and executing deals with third-party investors and private equity organizations, provider-to-provider mergers and acquisitions, corporate document preparation, Medicare revalidations, and general contract review.
