Our process servers are appointed by the Sheriff of Pinellas County, and court appointed in most of our other service areas inclulding Hillsborough, Pasco, Manatee and Sarasota Counties. Service of process is available every day of the week except Sundays, per Florida Statutes. Service will be diligently attempted on every legal process until it becomes apparent that service will not be possible at the given address. In the event of this situation, we offer skip tracing and other types of diligent searches. If service is required outside of our designated service area, we can facilitate service through our process servers throughout the state and nation.
