Dr. Toan Tran

Dr. Toan Tran grew up in Orlando, FL, and earned his Bachelor of Science from the University of Florida. In 2001, he received his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from the University of Florida College of Dentistry. He has also undergone additional training from some of the nation’s foremost professionals in endodontics (root canal therapy), aesthetics (cosmetic dentistry), dental implant restoration, facially generated treatment planning, oral appliance therapy for obstructive sleep apnea, custom athletic mouthguards, and orthodontics with ClearCorrect™ clear aligner therapy. Dr. Tran continues to exceed the requirements in continuing education and is a member of the American Dental Association, Florida Dental Association, Academy of General Dentistry, Academy for Sports Dentistry, West Coast District Dental Association, Upper Pinellas County Dental Association, Hillsborough County Dental Research Clinic, Seattle Study Club of Tampa, and Pinnacle Study Club of Tampa Bay. He is also a member of the Upper Tampa Bay Chamber of Commerce. Dr. Tran always makes time to visit local high schools, middle schools, elementary schools, and day care centers during their health and hygiene education days, Great American Teach-in, and regular volunteer at the Gulf Coast Dental Outreach program and Florida Mission of Mercy (FLMOM). In his free time, Dr. Tran loves spending time with his wife and three young children, ages nine, eight, and five. He also enjoys fishing, diving, sports, and supporting the Florida Gators!
